What to Expect:

It all starts with a consultation over video call or--if you're local to the Hudson Valley--a cup of coffee. We'll talk color palette, stone and metal preferences, and budget. Most importantly, we'll get to the heart of what brought you to me for a custom piece.

Every Cool Girl Custom piece starts out with hand drawn sketches which I'll email to you for review. If you've chosen to work with a stone already in my inventory, you're fast-tracked and you'll soon receive photos and videos of a 3-D rendering of the design along with your full quote.

Otherwise I'll source potential stones first, and then we'll decide on the design to move forward with. In this case I'll take a deposit to secure your stone before sending over the renderings and final quote.

This is the time to make any more changes, because soon the molten magic begins!

The piece is cast in your metal of choice. For custom work, I primarily work in 14k and 18k gold. Please inquire about Sterling Silver and Platinum options which are project dependent.

Stones are set, the piece is polished and checked for quality control and you'll receive photos of the finished piece with your final invoice before it's sent on it's way to you.

Please note that production timelines can be influenced by many factors, some that are outside of my control. I promise to always be upfront with you if any delays occur as soon as I'm aware of them. For stones in inventory, please allow 6-8 weeks from initial purchase to having the piece in hand. Timelines for sourced stones can be closer to 12-16 weeks. Please keep these time lines in mind, especially if you're giving the piece as a gift, and know it's never too soon to reach out if you have a project in mind!
